We are equipped with high-speed fiber laser cutting technology that excels at medium to high volume runs. The laser head on our machines travel on a system of magnets, making them an even faster and more accurate machine than you see with traditional, mechanical technologies. Each is supported by an automated sheet load/offload cell, making our setup truly designed to maximise output and efficiency.
A technology that uses a laser to cut materials and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications.
Cutting is achieved by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics.
The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporises away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.
The laser is then programmed to follow the design to be cut into the material.
The most modern techniques use a fiber optic delivery system which produces a much purer beam, using less power than traditional CO2 machines. Unifabs are equipped with the latest machinery using the fiber delivery method.

Amada FOL-AJ 4KW Fibre Laser with ASLUL loading system
Amada Punch Laser Combination (EML3610NT 4KW) with MP 6T loading system with tapping head
Our laser machinery is supported by 15T automated sheet load/offload cells, ensuring an uninterrupted production run and optimising the laser cutting machinery’s utilisation.
Using a combination of punching, fibre laser cutting and combination laser/punch machinery allows us to produce components using the most cost-effective and efficient method of manufacture. All of our machines are coupled with automated sheet load/unload cells, further increasing productivity and output.
