Assembly

Utilising an array of mechanical techniques we bring your products to life. Our assembly team is experienced in working to technical drawings and standards to produce high quality finished assemblies and products.

Product assembly

We’re much more than just a provider of sheet metal fabrications and components. We support customers with sheet metal assembly services that transform the parts we produce into fully finished products. We can also package them in your specified packaging and deliver them directly to you, your customer, or to site, partnering with you to provide a cost-effective solution, tailored to your requirements.

From picking stations for the warehousing industry and sub-assemblies for white goods, to stands and displays for the retail sector, we have experience of assembling a wide range of industrial solutions across multiple markets.

Sheet metal assembly services

Our dedicated in-house assembly teams use a range of mechanical techniques to bring products to life. We have extensive experience working to technical drawings and standards, and can incorporate a range of components, including inserts, graphics, castors, dunnage, curtains, gas struts, plug-and-play electrics, glass, and more, to deliver high-quality finished products.

Quality from start to finish

At Unifabs, every detail, from the components we use to the way we package and deliver our products, is considered to provide the highest quality solutions.

Whether it’s the straightforward assembly of fabricated components or more complex requirements for sheet metal assembly services, we can provide finished products that are ready to go. We can also kit your finished goods and package them in your own specified packaging, managing the entire process for you.

And with all work produced in line with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management accreditation, you can be confident that your products will be manufactured to the highest standards.
