Durable lockers, cabinets and enclosures

When manufacturing bespoke metal lockers, cabinets and enclosures, products need to be easy to use and install, robust enough to withstand repeated use and durable enough to perform in demanding environments. They may also need to blend into their surroundings or stand out to be visible and easily recognisable.

Smart parcel lockers, for example, should be on-brand and instantly recognisable, simple to operate, secure and robust, with appropriate coatings for corrosion resistance if located outdoors. Conversely, an industrial cabinet or enclosure may need to blend in with, or protect, the equipment it houses. Sheet metal fabrications are an excellent choice for these applications. 

As a complete subcontract manufacturing partner, Unifabs combines precision sheet metal fabrication with finishing and assembly capabilities to deliver products from fabricated components through to finished or semi-finished assemblies. Our in-house processes include laser cutting, forming, welding and fastener insertion, helping to reduce the need to manage multiple suppliers. Powder coating is available in a wide range of colours, textures and finishes, helping your products achieve the required appearance, durability and performance.

Where additional finishes are required, we also work with a network of trusted suppliers to provide options such as zinc plating, galvanising and anodising.

Our dedicated assembly team can then transform fabricated components into complete or semi-finished products, incorporating additional fittings such as locks, feet, hinges, handles, hooks and other components ready for integration into your final product
