We’re extremely pleased to celebrate a major milestone for Krystian, who is marking 10 years with Unifabs! His journey demonstrates the opportunities available in sheet metal fabrication, press brake operations, and manufacturing careers in the UK.
From Press Brake Operator to Supervisor
Krystian joined Unifabs as a press brake operator, quickly showing skill, precision and a willingness to learn. Soon after, he learned how to set folding machines, expanding his expertise in sheet metal forming and fabrication. With dedication and determination, he became a press brake setter, carrying out this role for a number of years.
In recognition of his experience and commitment, Krystian progressed to a supervisor role in the press brake department, supporting his team and helping the area grow. His guidance and consistent performance contributed to maintaining high-quality production standards and efficient workflows.
Expanding Expertise in the Powder Coating Department
Later, Krystian moved to the Powder Coating department, despite having no prior experience in this area. He quickly mastered every process, became Powder Coating Supervisor, and introduced improvements that helped the area run more smoothly and efficiently.
