We are pleased to be celebrating the service anniversary of one of our team members, Dan Ellis! Join us in congratulating Dan on 15 incredible years at Unifabs.
Dan has played an integral role in driving the growth and success of Unifabs Limited. His journey with us started in 2008. He joined the business as a general labourer on a temporary contract. Dan’s dedication, hard work, and sheer willingness to learn quickly became evident. It wasn’t long after that he began to move up the ranks.
Dan quickly learned the ins and outs of press brakes, and later became a press brake setter. Continuing from there, he moved into supervisory positions; firstly as team leader, and later as night shift supervisor. As always, his passion for progression did not subside. Following a period in Estimation, he then moved to his present role as Quality and H&S Manager.
Dan has been instrumental in developing a positive Quality and Health and Safety culture across the business. He drives the continued management of the ISO9001 Quality accreditation and ensures systems are implemented and adhered to. Continually improving Quality Assurance for the business.
