Join us in congratulating Dariusz Kotala on achieving his 10 years’ service milestone at Unifabs!
Dariusz (or Derek as he is known!) joined the business in 2013 within the linishing department. Linishing is a metal finishing process. A linisher takes parts and welded components and smooths and refines surfaces to ensure a high standard of finish. Dariusz has been instrumental in perfecting our metal finishing process. He ensures that every part and welded component receives a flawless finish, demonstrating his commitment to delivering the highest standard of quality.
Production Manager Jarek Gasiorek commented on Dariusz’ achievement saying “everyone knows Derek for his happy nature and positive attitude. He has proven himself a consistently hardworking and reliable member of the team. I want to thank him for his dedication over the past 10 years, and the skills he brings to the business. I look forward to many more years of working together and future service milestones”.
Investment in our employees’ growth and development is paramount to Unifabs’ ongoing success. Currently, Dariusz is actively enhancing his skills as he undergoes training to operate our state-of-the-art robotic welding cells. With the recent acquisition of a new cell, and Dariusz fully trained, we can seamlessly expand our capacity to provide an enhanced level of robotic welding for various components. This investment in Dariusz’s development aligns with our strategic vision of continuous improvement.
